AI CFO

Forecasting, scenarios, and cash planning for a finance function that has to answer what happens next, not only what happened.

What it does

Driver-based forecasting

Forecasts built on named drivers rather than typed-in numbers. Change a driver and the projection re-runs, with the assumption recorded against the forecast.

Scenario planning

Base, upside, and downside as first-class objects with their own parameter overrides, compared side by side rather than kept in separate files.

13-week cash flow

A rolling weekly view built from receivables, payables, payroll, and known commitments, with the timing assumptions for each stated.

Department budgets

Budgets by department and period, with ownership and variance visible to the people accountable for them.

Headcount planning

Planned hires with start dates and fully loaded cost flowing into the forecast, so a hiring decision shows up in the cash view.

Board reporting

Reports generated from the same figures as the workspace, versioned, with comments and an approval step before anything is marked final.

How answers are produced

Every figure comes from a deterministic calculation against your imported data, returned with its inputs and a step-by-step trace. The assistant chooses which calculation to run and explains the result; it never computes the number itself.

Where a question cannot be answered from the data you have loaded, the answer says what is missing rather than estimating.
