AI Financial Analyst for SMBs

Management reporting for a finance function that does not have a dedicated analyst. Import your ledger and get the monthly close as a repeatable process instead of a spreadsheet rebuild.

What it does

Management reporting

Profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow generated from your imported general ledger, with period comparison and the variance drivers surfaced rather than left to be found.

Cash runway

Months of runway from actual burn, with the calculation shown: which balances counted as cash, which months informed the burn rate, and what happens to the figure if you exclude an unusual month.

Budget versus actual

Variance by account and by period, with the largest movements ranked so the review starts at what changed rather than at the top of the chart of accounts.

Monthly close

A repeatable import and review cycle. Reusable column mappings mean a recurring export is mapped once, and rejected rows are reported with the reason rather than dropped.

Document analysis

Bank statements, invoices, and contracts in PDF are parsed with page positions retained, so a figure cited from a document links to the page it appears on.

Ask in plain language

“Why did gross margin fall in Q2?” returns the decomposition — price, volume, mix, cost — each backed by a calculation you can expand.

How answers are produced

Every figure comes from a deterministic calculation against your imported data, returned with its inputs and a step-by-step trace. The assistant chooses which calculation to run and explains the result; it never computes the number itself.

Where a question cannot be answered from the data you have loaded, the answer says what is missing rather than estimating.
